Potting / Encapsulating

Potting acts as an excellent barrier against moisture, dust and most environmental contaminants. Potting, when dyed, also provides security of sensitive designs. We use state of the art Wagner automated mixing equipment.

At Specialized Coating Services, we can build a fence or dam around select areas of the PCB to contain epoxy. Once the area is filled, the PCB is protected from shock and vibration and now has an added level of security.
